最近喝酒喝多了,身体开始发出警告信号了,头痛身体痛。
真该反思一下如何改善自己的生活方式了,有人说生命的长度其实跟生活的宽度成正比。生活不规律,乱糟糟,晚睡晚起,暴饮暴食,垃圾食品,又缺乏运动,长此下去,恐怕要早死的。
